What a number can't tell you
A bounce rate tells you people left. It can't tell you that the button was hidden, the form threw an error or the page never finished loading.

Examples of what recordings typically reveal.
Nobody has time for a thousand recordings. GetSiteTape marks the visits where something went wrong and takes you to the second it happened.
Session replay
Your recordings are sorted before you arrive. Visits with rage clicks or errors come first, and each one says what happened before you press play.

Rage clicks and errors
When someone clicks the same thing again and again and nothing happens, that moment is marked on the timeline. The console error and the failed request sit right beside it.

Ad Replay
You pay for every ad click. Ad Replay groups visits by campaign and ad, shows which ones bounce and where people leave, and takes you to those recordings.

It plays like one, but it is not video. GetSiteTape records the structure of the page and what the visitor did, then rebuilds it for replay. That keeps recordings sharp at any size and small enough to load instantly.
Passwords are always masked in the visitor's browser and never recorded. You can hide any other field or element, and consent mode records nothing until a visitor agrees. You should still mention session recording in your own privacy policy.
