By creating an account or using GetSiteTape, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
GetSiteTape lets you record and replay visitor sessions on websites you own or are authorised to manage.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only install GetSiteTape on websites you control or have permission to use it on.
- Tell your visitors about session recording in your own privacy policy and obtain consent where the law requires it (for example GDPR, ePrivacy or CCPA).
- Do not use GetSiteTape to capture sensitive data such as payment details or health information. Use the masking and blocking options to exclude it.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use GetSiteTape for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the service.
4. Availability
We work hard to keep GetSiteTape running, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know by email.
