What is the difference between sessions and session replays?

Every visit to your site counts as a session. Sessions feed your heatmaps, funnels, form analytics and error tracking. A session replay is a visit saved as a recording you can watch. When you reach your monthly replay allowance, visits are still counted in your analytics, they are just not saved as replays until the next month.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Plan & Usage in your dashboard. The features of your new plan switch on as soon as it is active.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for twelve months at once and save 15% compared with paying monthly. The price shown is what it works out to per month.

What happens to recordings when my storage period ends?

Recordings older than your plan's storage period are removed automatically. On Startup and up you can download any recording to keep your own copy.

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

No. The Free plan needs no card and does not expire. Install the snippet and start watching visits today.

What counts as a website?

Each domain you add in the dashboard. Subdomains of that domain are recorded under the same website.
